Machine - 30 day Home Test Drive

New to Sewing? We are confident that you will love your new Singer machine, but to be absolutely sure, we offer a home trial so you can set up and test your machine in the comfort of your own home. This gives the option to exchange it for another model within 30 days of delivery (extendable to 90 days at checkout).

Conditions of home trial

  • Machines must be purchased at Singer Outlet can be trialled for up to 30 days from delivery - or within 90 days if you opt to extend the trial.
  • If within the trial period you decide you would like to exchange it for another model, please Get In Touch with us. 
  • Returned machine must be in as new condition, in original box and packaging with all supplied accessories.
  • For most mainland UK addresses we are able to collect the machine when delivering a replacement at no cost. If this is not possible or you are outside of our collection zone, you would need to send the machine back to us using your own courier.
  • This is an exchange only scheme. To return your item for a refund, our standard returns policy applies and must be arranged within the trial period.
  • The item you are exchanging to must be of same or higher value. Part refunds will not be offered. If you upgrade to another model, the difference in price (if any) must be paid before the replacement item is shipped.
  • Please note this policy only applies to new machines unless otherwise agreed with your sales agent at the time of ordering.
  • If any machine is returned not in original packaging and condition with all accessories it will be rejected and the customer will be liable for the full cost of the machine along with the full cost of the exchanged machine or any repair work and replacement parts required.
