Sewing Machine and Overlocker Orders - Delivery Times:

Due to extremely high demand, many popular items are available to preorder against stock coming in - If you are pre-ordering an item, the estimated delivery time will be shown in the title of the product and on your emailed receipt. Due to shipping times from the factory, preorder timescales can be subject to slight change, we will inform you near the estimated delivery date as to your delivery window.

Standard Delivery Policy

We offer FREE 1-3 working day delivery for all in stock machine orders within the UK. Please note that Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer to arrive.

We aim to dispatch in stock orders on the same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders after 12pm or placed at the weekend will be sent out on the next working day. At busy times such as sale periods we may not be able to dispatch your item until the next working day.

We aim to dispatch in stock machines and accessories within 1-2 working days. At busy times such as sales periods, dispatch times may take slightly longer.

Preordered machines: Please refer to your receipt for delivery times - estimated delivery times shown in the product title.

Ex Display machines: Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to allow for testing and quality control

Parts & Accessories: We use Royal Mail and DPD for parts orders. We offer delivery choices at checkout. Please note: If you order accessories with a machine, they may arrive separately via the post. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Standard Delivery: Orders under £25 are subject to a £2.39 standard P&P charge. Orders over £25 are delivered free of charge.
Premium Delivery: We also offer a 1st class and DPD express 1 day tracked delivery service which you can select at checkout.

Courier Information:

Our courier partners are generally DPD, Fedex, DHL and Royal Mail. For machine orders, you will be notified by email or text message with tracking information, delivery date and time slots once your item(s) have left the warehouse. Deliveries outside of mainland UK may take longer to arrive.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please add this to your order as a Note at the shopping cart page or get in touch.

Secure and Signed for Deliveries:

COVID-19 - Items now do not need to be signed for, contactless delivery is standard.

Orders must be signed for and can be delivered to your home, a neighbour or place of work as specified at checkout. You can also change your delivery when in transit to collect from a local collection point with DPD. Valid ID and DPD reference will be required at a collection point.

Failed Deliveries:

If your delivery has not arrived as expected or you have missed the delivery more than once your parcel may be returned. Please contact us to rearrange delivery.

Packaging:

Please note that new machines are sent out in full colour packaging so if buying for a gift, please consider using a collection point or a neighbour to take in your parcel if you do not wish for the contents to be seen. If you require black wrapping, please request this when placing your order.

Delivery Damage:

If there has been an issue with your delivery or there is any damage on the outer box or internal item, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery so we are able to raise a dispute with our carriers. Claims made of delivery issues outside of this time may not be able to be escalated.
