FREE UK Mainland Delivery for all orders over £20. Orders under £20 and to non mainland destinations may incur a small delivery charge calculated at checkout.

We only use premium UK couriers such as DPD. Fedex and Royal Mail to ensure your order arrives safely.

Singer & Bernette Sewing machines have a 2 year guarantee as standard with options to extend. Currently we are offer a free warranty extension to 12 years directly with Singer Outlet. All other products comes with a minimum of 1 year guarantee backed by Singer Outlet, and the manufacturer. We also offer unlimited support by phone and email for machines. We offer a range of payment options by checkout and over the phone.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as American Express.

We also accept Klarna and Clearpay at checkout for spreading the payment over time - interest free.

We are able to accept purchase orders and payment on invoice terms for schools, colleges, universities, registered charities and local authorities.
