Singer Outlet operate an authorised Singer Service Centre based at our dedicated workshop in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. We offer a door to door service and can arrange transport of machines anywhere in the UK.
Regular servicing is essential to keep your sewing machine running smoothly and delivering reliable results. Over time, dust, lint, and general wear can affect how your machine performs, leading to issues like uneven stitches, thread breakage, or even breakdowns. Servicing helps prevent these problems, extends the life of your machine, and keeps it working at its best.
As an authorised and approved Singer Service Centre, we specialise in maintaining and repairing Singer machines. Our professional servicing includes cleaning, oiling, adjusting tension and timing, and checking for worn or damaged parts, so your machine stays in top condition.
To help keep your sewing machine running like new, we recommend you service it every 12 months. With our expert care, you’ll enjoy smoother sewing, better results, and a longer lifespan for your machine.
Once you have a plan in place you can contact us to book your service when required.
Unless you are bringing your machine into our Kings Langley (Hertfordshire) workshop we recommend that you keep the original box and packaging to ensure safe transit of the machine.
Service & Service Plan prices include a free return shop shipping label and redelivery back to you. Collection from your home address by DPD is available for an additional £10 per service.
Service Plan covers 1 machine, you can purchase multiple plans if you have more than one machine.

All other products comes with a minimum of 1 year guarantee backed by Singer Outlet, and the manufacturer. We also offer unlimited support by phone and email for machines.
