FREE UK Mainland Delivery for all orders over £20. Orders under £20 and to non mainland destinations may incur a small delivery charge calculated at checkout.

We only use premium UK couriers such as DPD. Fedex and Royal Mail to ensure your order arrives safely.

We aim to ship in stock items out the same day if ordered before 1pm. Most products are available on a next working day basis.

We've invested in the latest technology to get your order picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse accurately and quickly. We operate a state of the art order tracking system so you will be able to track your parcel from our door to yours.

All other products comes with a minimum of 1 year guarantee backed by Singer Outlet, and the manufacturer.
